I’m hiding inside my little shell and I refuse to come out.
START THE DAY –LEMON WATER
Ingredients: Juice from ¼ - ½ lemon (depending how much you like lemon!)
Optional: ½ cinnamon stick, 1 cardamom pod.
Add all ingredients to your teapot and pour boiled water from the kettle. Let it cool down a bit before pouring.
